I've come to believe those moments are where life really happens.
Stolen From the Washing Line is a Luxury Contemporary Flower Wall Art NZ sculpture celebrating the quiet beauty that surrounds us every day but so easily slips past unnoticed. It invites us to pause long enough to recognise that joy isn't something we need to search for. More often, it's something we've been living all along.
Created through my practice of Circular Elevation, storied materials are brought together without erasing where they've been. Their histories remain visible, becoming part of something new—not because they needed saving, but because they were always worthy of being seen differently.
Perhaps we're not so different.
We all carry stories.
We all have parts of ourselves shaped by ordinary days, unexpected turns and moments that quietly become who we are.
More than a flower, this work is an invitation to look again. To recognise that beauty, belonging and possibility often exist exactly where we've stopped looking.
