Artist Concept:

They’re not sheep — they’re ducks. Plastic ones. Gifted to me by a community member, now clinging to a discarded pipe like it holds answers. Some climb, some stall, some turn back — but none escape the loop. They’re trying not to follow, but still end up circling the same confused system. "Feeling Pretty Sheepish" reflects the absurdity of performative independence in the age of misinformation. It speaks to a world where nobody wants to be called a sheep, yet flocks still form — around ideologies, conspiracy, and chaos. The pipe becomes an echo chamber or broken loudspeaker, its voice long gone, but the behaviour it triggered still spinning. It’s about misplaced rebellion, defiance without direction, and the uneasy feeling that maybe we’re not as different as we think.
